"We started the Tour Des Combins walk here - the owners were incredibly helpful and let us leave our car and bags. The rooms were comfy and with amazing views and the restaurant was lovely. "

I The front desk was fantastic and helpful for those of us that speak english only (sadly only one language) all the personell speak great english. The check in was simple. The room decor was very modern and very very clean. The breakfast area was excellent and the staff there was awesome and very attentive without being invasive. "I don’t usually leave reviews but this hotel was so incredible that I want to! The restaurant, for dinner, was some of the best food I’ve eaten in my life. The owners are so engaged and wonderful. The staff were so kind and helpful. The room was spotless, comfortable, and with the most amazing shower! Plus, I’m so glad we stayed in Grachen over Zermatt. The town was a beautiful quiet village compared to Zermatt which felt really hectic and crowded. I really hope to end up back here in the...

"Headed to Italy for some summer skiing on the Cervinia glacier. This was further away than I thought it would be, but not too far. Accomodations were simple and solid. Breakfast was good. Hosts were great. There is absolutely nothing negative to say here. It's not fancy, but for a moderate cost alpine hotel, it was exactly what we needed and expected. Definitely recommend."
