Friendly staff, although we paid for a balcony room, but we’re given a interior room instead because they were out of balcony rooms. No credit was offered, but we’re offered to move to a balcony room the 2nd night of a two night stay. We declined. Also an issue with the shuttle service, but that was mostly a language issue of where to get picked up. Overall a decent place. However Capri is a tourist trap, way over priced...

"The location of the hotel on the beach was exceptional. The room was spacious and luxurious. The gelato stand right outside the hotel was most appreciated , and the proximity to a lot of great restaurants was an added plus. Also it’s location gives you direct access to ferry service to Capri .
I highly recommend this hotel. Be aware that you will have to walk to it, as there is no road to drive to it, but there is a porter service for your luggage "
