"My wife and I had a delightful stay at Hotel Italia prior to boarding Celebrity Eclipse on 19 September 2025. Tommaso and all the hotel staff members were excellent. They were very friendly and helpful, making our stay very enjoyable. The breakfast was outstanding. The lady who did housekeeping was also excellent. From the hotel, we took a walking tour to all the amazing historic monuments and museums in Ravenna famous for Mosaic and Byzantine art. Many thanks to Tommaso who drove the shuttle to take us and other hotel guests from the hotel to the cruise port! "
