Room was clean and spacious and the bathroom had a great sunken bath. Bed was extremely comfortable. Great location-only a ten minute walk from the town centre and train station. "Our stay was short and sweet. Beds comfortable for a good night's rest. A great restaurant "Aurora Ristorante Dinamico"right around the corner. Shopping across the street. Ilaria, our check-in host was kind and helpful. Room was clean and tidy."

"The room itself was nice and the hotel is in a great location. The hotel amenities ARE NOT INCLUDED. Be aware that if you want to use the hot tub/pool/sauna, you must pay PER HOUR and by reservation. Depending on the time of day it cost 15-30 euro per person. This was unclear from the Expedia listing and the hotel’s website. Granted, the spa area is quite nice-we ended up paying for it. The staff on arrival was ambivalent at best. We could hear her in the back when we came in but she did not come out. I gave a hello-still nothing. After ringing the bell, she came out after a minute and glared at us. Not a great welcome."

"Excellent spa facilities and a lovely position just outside but overlooking Asiago and the surrounding countryside. Plenty of parking. Can walk into the town on an (unlit) country track in about 15minutes , longer if by the main road. Comfortable room lacking a fridge and water heater, which would usually be normal for a 4 star hotel. "

"Our room was very clean and spacious and although it looked on to the main road there was very little noise. The maid was very friendly, polite and helpful but we found the reception staff a little standoffish with no warmth. The breakfast was good and varied. "
