The Wine selections were perfect. The front desk staff was so kind and helpful. Matilde ? Was excellent. Let us know how the trains and shuttle worked. We were so appreciative of the shuttle service! The hotel is in a quiet setting on a river canal and the shuttle made it easy to get to Venice each day by way of the train. The pool is beautiful also. My only wish is that our beautiful bathroom had a shower. It did have a very nice hand held shower head and a beautiful large tub but I longed for a stand up shower. It was a LOVELY place to stay. The grounds were meticulously cared for. We’ll be back. The shuttle driver was also so kind and considerate. Can’t say enough."

"Hi, everything was great. We realised that after checking in that the kids pool was closed. That said there were other pools that my daughter enjoyed instead. Pool temp could also been a bit warmer. We were able to take out the free bikes to explore jesolo which was great! Room size was a bit small for the price. Otherwise the service, breakfast, drinks were all top notch. "

"The hotel is close to everything and has a lot of good food and drink options nearby. It’s in a safe area that allows walking around during the evening hours. All the top sightseeing locations are walkable and near the hotel. It’s only a 15 min easy walk from the train station with the local bus stop service 4 min away. The staff are very friendly and helpful with anything you need. My room was clean and had its own shower. When it got warm I just opened my window and it cooled down right away. I would recommend to anyone traveling. "
