"When we checked in the desk clerk was friendly and nice. The room was spacious and clean. The bed comfortable. The hotel offers parking which was a bonus. We walked up to the Fillmore, about 3/4 of a mile, so that was convenient. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Parking was a bit of an issue, but manageable. Staff was excellent, both at the front desk and throughout the hotel. Don't miss the outdoor garden with the heated seats/bench, a lovely spot. The proximity to so many of the things which make SF special was amazing. Shopping, eats, bars (The Page and Gigis both stand out), Golden Gate Park, the fun SF vibe all made the trip and stay memorable. We'll be back to stay at the Metro! "
