Bed was a bit hard for my liking and air conditioning didn’t work well (new room with high tech system but not very easy to operate!)"

Positive: Beautiful lake and mountain views from bedroom balcony and all around the hotel. Excellent staff, great continental breakfast with unlimited prosecco, and just a 7-min walk to Limone Centro. The gift of wine on departure was a thoughtful touch.
Negative: Rooms very clean but a little dated. Doors and safe use keys instead of electronic access. No kettle (seems common in some Italian hotels) or water in the fridge. Phone to reception didn’t...
