The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and exceptionally well maintained. Our room was spacious, comfortable, spotless, and thoughtfully appointed. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. The service was always excellent. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the area while still providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful property, excellent service, and a truly enjoyable stay."

"My stay here was so relaxing! You cannot help but unwind in the thermal waters of the beautiful pools and in the lovely green surroundings. My room with a balcony was spotless with plenty of sockets. I booked half board and the food at both breakfast and dinner was plentiful and delicious, with efficient and pleasant waiting staff. With only a short 5 minute walk to the station, you can easily visit other towns nearby. I would certainly return here."

"Best hotel in Este by far. Beautiful sprawling grounds overlooking the castle. Excellent staff and service. Only downside was that the room was very hot when I arrived and it took the Aircon 3 hours to cool it down. After that it was fine."
