"The property was quite comfortable. The bed was firm but not hard. It had a refrigerator with a small freezer.
The rooms had been well cleaned. I can recommend this place.
As in a lot of the places we stayed in Italy, one has to climb a lot of stairs to access the property. "

The address reads as Via Carattino,5 and states the front desk is open 2-5PM and that staff will greet guests on arrival. #5 Via Carattino is actually a business that has been closed for 2 years and no one greeted us. We ended up getting 2 towels anyways but it was very dishonest of them to say we had to upgrade in order to get two towels we should have gotten instead of one. "

"Great stay. Very quiet with excellent views from our balcony. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choices. Hourly shuttle service made it easy to get in the center of town from the hillside hotel. Cinque Terre is amazing with lots of hiking options and excellent train and ferry service to the five towns. "
