"It was nice! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Helped to resolve the issue with the AC as in my room I needed a cooler temperature than all their thermostats were set up for. To be honest the place has great potential but it’s super worn down and not taken care of. Maybe it’s because we visited during off season but the furniture/couches outside were both dirty and broken, the rooms were ok clean, but low standard with things breaking and iffy heating.
You will struggle if you don’t speak Italian as the personell barely speak English. It’s not 24/7 reception so we had issues at 01 am with people from the camping...
