"Had to change rooms as small tiles on bathroom floor lifting and left sharp edges you could cut your foot with. Took two days from the day I asked to get another room. Toilet flush on the wall not secured/moving about also water on/off in shower pulling out of the wall. Windows in room poorly fitted with gaps all around. "

"It’s a well located hotel and very comfortable. The room was a good size with a comfortable firm mattress. The breakfast was beautifully and tastefully set up and there was a huge variety. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. We plan to visit again for a longer stay!"

"Location was great to easily walk to the sights & center. Lots of restaurants/bars close by for eating options. Rooms were sufficiently comfortable, but nothing spectacular. Breakfast was a coffee & pastry. Most rooms are located upstairs with a narrow staircase leading up. Something to be mindful of if you have a lot of luggage. Payment for parking was a bit confusing. They told us where to park but not clear about payment so we ended up double paying"

"Very nice room in a historic building. The walls had remains of 15th Century frescos and 15’ ceilings. It was dated, but clean and quiet. The included breakfast was nice and cooked to order. The staff was very nice."
