"This is one of the hotels were the staff would go beyond regular duties to make our visit enjoyable. They communicate clearly We didn't feel pressured to tip the staff which is unusual. Most of all NO holding lounge chairs for more than an hour . I will be going back. "
"Staff are very friendly. The hotel is very large, so communication can sometimes be slow—be patient. The room and view are absolutely beautiful. Restaurants are good, though some of the food is just average. There isn’t much fresh fruit, and what’s available isn’t very sweet. On the other hand, the fruit drinks are too sweet. There are lots of activities, and the kids’ club is excellent. Overall, it was a very relaxing stay with stunning views. "
