"Beautiful old home conversion. Very comfortable beds. Very quiet, no noise transferring between the walls. Secure parking on site (important to us as we are on a motorcycle). The staff is wonderful, gave a thorough review of our room and how the breakfast worked. Great breakfast, had the usual muffins, toast & cereal, but also had made to order hot breakfast (free). Highly recommend the waffle. Main restaurant and small shop area was just 2 blocks away. 1 block from the waterfront so no need to drive anywhere. Love this place, highly recommend. "

"We had an amazing stay at blackbush Beach Resort. We didn’t like the first room we had so we switched to the room at was advertised on Hotels.com. Once we got the room sorted out, the rest was excellent. New and modern resort in a idillic location. Everything was perfect. Surprising so was the continental breakfast. It was healthy, with great selection and awesome coffee. "

"We were here for two days and even though we put the little sign out on our door knob and we asked at the front desk if they would make up the room, nobody did there was no evidence that anybody had come in. Breakfast was only just OK. Location is great and staff are efficient and courteous, but the AC was not efficient, and the whole hotel is currently under badly needed renovation the place is really old and definitely showing its age but at least they seem to recognize that and are in the process of trying to make it better but I guess needs to be aware of that. There’s a lot of construction going on. Fortunately not particularly noisy but just a little messy."
