"The property was well maintained, it was quiet and the staff was very accommodating. We were there for a total of 6 days. The Restaurant are very good. The only issue we had was that every day at the buffet the same thing was served chicken every day in every way as much as you pay for this resort you should be able to eat well every day. The restaurants are packed and by reservations only.. If you have to eat at the buffet it should be a little better variety. Other than that this Hotel is the Chef’s Kiss"

"Please ! Get here after 3p please they uphold the “the check in is at 3pm” . Me and boyfriend arrived at 12p and didn’t check in until 5p. We got a room with a plunge pool . ABSOLUTELY amazing . Staff is great. There is a surcharge of 15dollars every time you order room service but the room service food is actually good . Restaurant options are amazing . Authentic Jamaican food. It was an amazing resort . Drinks are on point . I stayed at princess grand but I will definitely try mangrove which is the adults only side that have bungalows. 7.5/10 . Worth it "

"The room & property were very nice. Felt very safe. Loved the pool areas and the fact the swim up was a strict 18+ the lifeguards were on it as far as making sure kids stayed out of the pool & washing of your sandy feet from the beach. Very impressive !! Food was excellent. Tracy-Ann made it a great start to our day with breakfast. The entertainment staff was always professional & related to all ages. King ,Shadow & Bryan were so fun. Ended our evening at the sports bar with Veneisha, Kevin, Claudia& Dalton were amazing. I can say this was our best vacation yet because of all the people mentioned truly made our 35th Anniversary extra special. "

"Property is beautiful, staff was amazing. Staff was friendly and made us feel welcomed. My charger broke and I tried to buy a replacement at the gift shop but they didn't have the one I needed. The front desk staff offered to charge for me. Great customer service!!!"
