"This was my 6th year staying with my family the staff and managers are very friendly and helpful. I had an Issue but Stephaun, Neil and George made sure my family and I was well taken care of and fixed the situation so a big shoutout to them. Also want to big up the front desk staff especially TKay and the rest of the staff. Also big up to the cleaning staff and those that prepared the food l would definitely recommend anyone to the Bahia Principe Grand in Jamaica. "

I would love to see more authentic Jamaican food being served hence the reason why so many African Americans travel to this beautiful country to experience. "This property was beautiful! There were plenty of restaurant options as well as many way to book Excursions right at the hotel. One thing that I thought could be improved is the type of entertainment at night. It was pretty repetitive. "
"I traveled with my two daughters and we spent 5 days at Moon Palace. It was awesome! Our rooms were gorgeous. The Spa was fabulous! I got a massage, facial, and pedi. The facilities and entire experience at the Spa were amazing. Soo much to do and the food was delicious!! The only thing I didn’t care for was the switch up with the “presentation.” They don’t do time shares but they do lure you into a presentation and your kids have to be there too, for hours. They want you to sign up and they aren’t too nice when you decline. My sister’s family was there and they had a similar experience. So 10s across the board for the entire experience, just be wary of the “presentation” however they do give you spa credits/resort credits. Just stay strong lol and book your stay! You will not regret it! I’m totally going to stay at another Moon Palace next summer, they have so many locations!!"

"Loved the resort, loved being on the adults only side but having access to the perks on the family side.
They are constantly cleaning/pressure washing, or painting/updating.
Staff was mostly extremely friendly.
The App is useless, wish that got updated so you could do things like make dinner reservations and see the map or menus instead of having to go to separate websites for that.
Overall, Jamaica is paradise and bahia luxury was worth every penny, would return. "
