The only negative thing that happened to me during my stay was a half day lost waiting in the lobby at the day of departure. Our flight was at 9:00pm and we were flying to canada (12hrs flight) the front desk guy gave us till 2pm only. It would have been nice of him to expand it till 4pm so we can enjoy the exteriors more, the sun and refresh in the pools especially that it was too hot. Anyway it was not clever of him. Such a beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Amman. The location is amazing, close to Rainbow Street and many 5-star-restaurants (ex. Um Kkalil and Fakhr Il-Dine restaurants). The staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool was our place to spend a very relaxing time of the day, to hang out and enjoy the sunset. This hotel is worth every single penny. The breakfast was of huge variety.
