"It's an old hotel, needs rehabilitation, renovation and reactivation. My toilet door locked me for 2hours, I was shouting no body heard me, no room service , I have trekked outside to buy soap and tissue, no towel, nothing given to me. TV is blind, mosquito had their feast on my body, they said no mosquito repellent available. Agura hotel is as good as a short time chalet. "

"The issue is the room I stayed in. Liked the vintage furniture. There were health and safety risk within the room ie the fridge cabinet door was damaged could not be closed, same with the shower door. There was a persistent awful and disgusting smell from the toilet /shower room. Convenience was poor ie something as simple as a bed switch for the light was absent.. The room internal walls and door were stained, dirt behind the bed, holes on parts of the wall paper, and more. "

"The bakery chef and all the staff members were absolutely a delight. The staff members from Mr. Micheal to Mr. Patrick to Ms. Blessing, they made my one month day feel like a home away from home. The cleaning staff, the young ladies and gentlemen at the restaurant to the incredible bakery chef ABOJE, the best meat pie I’ve ever tasted and the chef from the main kitchen. The whole experience was incredible. I’ll definitely return "

Either way, same difference; I booked through Orbitz and paid to Orbitz. They both have records that I checked out three nights earlier. After over 20 years as a loyal customer, I'm done with Orbitz. "Lairs upon lies. we booked for 2 rooms that they say have 4 king bed. only to be given 1 room with 1 king bed. we were told they could not see our reservation on expedia. yet they saw one room. the offered to move us to a 3 room. At the end, they charge us 195k at check out even though we paid $65 on expedia. pls don't book"
