"The hotel had an odd layout and the room was small, which is expected for Tokyo, but it felt a bit tighter than anticipated. There was also very limited bathroom counter space, which made it less convenient for getting ready. The lobby was almost always busy and a bit chaotic. It does get the job done for a short stay, but overall it wasn’t my favorite and I probably wouldn’t choose it again."

"Wonderful hotel! Clean, spacious, excellent location. The JR Shiomi station is just 1 block away and on the Keiyo line is only 3 stops to Tokyo Disneyland (no transfers needed). 3 stops to Tokyo Station. Plenty of restaurants nearby and a Maretsu grocery store. The hotel has an Onsen (hot bathing pool and sauna) which is included in your hotel price. Would stay again!"

"Clean and convenient. Minimal service : check-in and check out on yourself. Booked a room for our family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 kids - and was surprised that no bed was prepared for the kids... called to get them set up and was told I had to do it ... Also, we could not access the fitness room to do our workout, we were told we needed to pay a supplement ... first time that I'm in an hotel putting fitness room as an amenity but being asked to pay for it... Location is great : several restaurants and shops around and terminal 3 is connected - few min walking time"
