"This is an excellent hotel. The rooms are great, mine had two queens (party of three). As in inside facing room it was super quiet, which was very important. Everything is plush. Staff is great. FWIW, and this didn’t matter to me, as it’s in the financial district, there isn’t the same nightlife and dining choices, as it’s more of a work destination area. The Willis (FKA Sears Tower) is two blocks away. It’s only a 25 minute bus ride to 900 North. Millennium Park is a short walk directly east....

"My husband and I spent 4 nights at the Virgin hotel during our Chicago trip. We loved the way the room was decorated, the night view(Willis tower )from the room, and we appreciated daily room cleaning by the cleaning crew. We hope we can make another trip to Chicago sometime soon and stay there again. "

"Muriel at the front desk was extremely helpful and courteous, wonderful historic art deco building right on Michigan Ave., great location and views, really nice, spacious and clean room. Chateau Carbide on the 24th floor is definitely worth checking out, nice cozy areas to hang out, sit on a couch and have a drink while enjoying great views of the city. We also got a free ride from the hotel to the Shedd Aquarium."

"Spent our first night ever at the St. Regis! We are hooked! Absolutely perfect location, breathtaking views, incredibly elegant building and decor. The staff is top notch, always friendly , knowledgeable and helpful. Not to mention the two restaurants there are Amazing! MIRU and Tre Dita.
