"Excellent property (Annex tower) and the millennium room was nicely appointed and comfortable. Staff were excellent. As this is just across the street from Shinagawa station, getting around is super easy. Plenty of food choices nearby."

"This is probably the best place to stay the night before departing via Haneda Airport. I especially appreciated the fact that the staff took the trouble to arrange nightwear of my size when I made the request before arrival. The kitchenette worked exactly as hoped. However during my stay the washer-dryer failed halfway giving an E94 error, which forced me to hand dry my clothes using the (admittedly excellent) Refa hairdryer. The humidity in the room also never dropped below 70% despite my turning on the aircon to dry mode for pretty much the entire stay. If the equipment were just a little better maintained it would be perfect. "
