"The carpet looks dirty "

"The property was beautiful, the staff was friendly and helpful. My only concern was the front desk was always busy and short staffed. My late check out was messed up and we got locked out of the elevator and our rooms, so I had to wait in a long line to have it corrected. Other than that it was a 5 star experience. "

"Not very clean and bathroom faucet was not installed correctly, but did offer a kitchenette and laundry, but we did not use either. Much of the furniture was worn /damaged and we had to ask for bedding for the sofa bed."

"Room looked great but not as clean as it could be. Great staff at front desk, comfortable bed and nice pool with great vibe. Convenient walk across to partner hotel with the beach. Beach small and very crowded."

"Excellent place and service"

"A little pricey but excellent hotel and service. The actual beach is really small, which was a little disappointing based on the pictures i had seen. Had to wait almost an hour after check in time (4PM) and had already been waiting for over an hour, but lots of people were also on the same boat."
