"Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. There is no shuttle bus to the airport but staff will get you a taxi or Grab any time you want. Looks like the hotel is in the process of being modernised. Small reception at entrance but beautiful large reception round the corner is not used yet. Downstairs is lovely with gym, spa and pool area but the bedroom could do with some tlc.
