Only issues we had was that our room window looked straight at the roof top mechanical equipment. Other issue was that the bar apparently was shut down due to possible underage customers. However there is an amazing wine bar just next door that filled the need. Overall, we will be staying here again when we return."

"We have stayed here several times on our trips to Charleston. It is closer to the beach and the Shem Creek hot spots, and it is significantly less pricey than the hotels in the historic district where we used to always stay. But the selling point for me is the pool area and indoor/outdoor bar and restaurant, which is more resort-like than the rest of the hotel. Big props, too, for having free sparkling water in the lobby!"
