"Our second stay here as a stop over on our way to the Dordogne. A few minutes walk over the bridge to restaurants, bars and shops. The hotel is family run and feels like that in a nice way. Rooms are bright and modern with good showers. I also chose this hotel as being the closest to the centre of Tours but with a free gated private car park behind the hotel."

"Excellent location in the historic center! The room was small, but serviceable, with a compact, renovated bathroom. I wish it had a kettle, or tea in the lobby. Reception closes at 8:30pm, and they don’t reply quickly to emails, otherwise polite."

"We stopped for one night, the hotel was fine but quite basic, our room was very small and a little dated, plus the bed quite hard. However, all the staff were very friendly and despite having little English (and us having little French) we warmly welcomed. Our room and the public areas were very clean and despite what other reviews have said, the area felt quite safe. The hotel is well located, a short walk to restaurants and bars, very near the railway station but also quiet at night."

The location is the best, near the central tram lines and shopping. You can walk to old town in about 7 mins. Great gelato place just mins away. Also, neat self service laundromat is just 6 mins away"
