Great property in Kathmandu, but better than that were all the staff! Front desk staff Amir and Shristy were truly amazing and helpful and kind. Hospitality at this hotel was way above standard in my humble opinion. The rooftop pool was great and somewhat private, although just a bit on the cool side. Enjoyed the variety in the breakfast buffet as well. A very hearty "dhanyabad" to Mercure Kathmandu!

I was very pleased to stay at the Magnificent Hotel!! The staff was amazing and more than helpful. They helped with airport transportation and loading expedition bags onto a van at 1:00am. Made sure we were on the correct van and paid the driver. The Manager Ganga, sat with us and gave great tips for touring. The owner also owns Third Rock Adventures if you are looking for great deals.I highly recommend the Magnificent Hotel!!

From the time I arrived, I felt comfortable. Security was in the parking lot to ensure the property was secure and people not staying at the hotel were escorted away. The check in process was very quick and easy. All staff members were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, stocked with all items needed and comfortable.
