"Hotel is in a very convenient location near many businesses and the metro is close by. The staff is very attentive to guests, offering a wide variety of excellent foods and service. They have afternoon tea and pastries from 1-5pm, which I thought was a very thoughtful idea. Their gym also has a decent amount of equipment. Most other hotels are a little barebones in terms of equipment."

"Have been staying armt this hotel several times, always good service, and nice rooms.
This time I had a supplier sending in a package, the package was delayed.
Kara in the reception made exceptional service and sent it to my next hotel after I left.
Only recomendations from me."

"Address on web site was wrong. We lost time and money when we took taxi at night. It was not good and safe. I recommend to write hotel and the address in Chinese on booking confirmation sheet. Otherwise taxi driver cannot speak or understand English. "
