"The hotel is close to the Milano Centrale train station so it’s perfect if you are going to take day trips to other Italian cities. It was perfect for our purposes. Also, there are buses to Malpensa Airport across the street from the train station which are very reasonable and convenient. If we return to Milan in the future, we would stay there again."

"It was as described and clean. Communication though wasn't great, with online checkin and WhatsApp messages from 2 different people requesting the same information. Felt like dealing with a call centre. Slow to respond and access details were only received the day before, though were very good when they did arrive. Asked to check out at 11.00 rather than 10.00 and told no, as it was booked out - though had only just received an invitation to extend our stay, so the two don't fit."

"We thought we had booked another hotel, but when we arrived, we found ourselves at the Leonardo Hotel by mistake and realized this at the reception. But it was a good thing we stayed at this hotel; the room was very clean and spacious, and the beds were clean and comfortable. We had very little time to explore the city, but despite that, Mr. Federico at the front desk welcomed us warmly and kindly without any hesitation, drew up a route for us on the map, and we were able to explore the city...
