"Property is a nice place. The service was very slow and bad. Checked in and was told there is a power failure, power will be up in 20mins and after an hour, power is not up yet. Checked in the room for stay with my sister, was only given one bath towel in the room. There is no amenity (shower gel n shampoo) TOP up on day 2. My husband had to work as we were stranded based on the war, and there was a nice desk where he could work away looking at the ocean. "Mango House is a great place to stay within the Fort at Galle. Property is at a premium in this area so the room was smaller and more expensive than others on our holiday in Sri Lanka. "Staff was wonderful, highly recommend. Rooms were cleaned daily, the rooms were functional, the property it self is a bit old, but still very beautiful. Private secluded beaches, you just cant beat the views and how private it is. I initially only had the reservation for 3 days, but extended it to a week. Highly recommend! "
