"Beautiful property. Extensive breakfast. The indoor casual (non-dining) areas are part of the original palace and you can roam around freely and sit while enjoying the space. The hotel rooms are modern, well equipped and very spacious - they have a closed off balcony. There is no access to the outdoor gardens from the room. "Just back from a 6 night stay at Velamar & can honestly say everything was pretty much perfect! The hotel has been designed & decorated to a very high standard-all areas immaculate! And we had the pool to ourselves some days even on the hot days.
