"Clean room, good staff, quiet room, excellent bathroom (loved their shower), overall excellent value. Hotel is in busy area, lots of places to eat, some 24h. Subway is 2 minute walk so easy to get around. This visit wasn't my first and most likely won't be my last. "

If im being picky, the beds were not exactly luxurious and room service and linen is only on request, not routinely given. Overall, i think Id recommend if you're in Incheon. "

"The hotel is Japanese themed. The room was very spacious with a large bathroom and many light options. Most things were clean except for the bathroom where the bath tray had mold on it. There was a traditional tea set with tea for you to try. The location was great! Next to public transit and lots of restaurants. It appears to be a party or drinking area with lots of tourists so there's noise until late night. I heard loud karaoke singing in my room. I don't mind that too much though. I enjoyed...

"Overall great stay before my cruise. Not too far from my cruise terminal. Front desk staffs were professional and helpful with calling taxi for me. Surprisingly the breakfast and lunch buffets at the hotel were good & reasonable."

"We arrived early, staff held our bags for us and even had them in our room for us when we returned. Very wonderful room and staff. Hotel is located in a great location so that it is very close to the sites and food, but just off the main street so that you don't have to hear all the nightlife. Room was great with entire wall set up for movies. Not much of a breakfast, but if you're not eating in Chinatown.... would recommend and would definitely stay here again!"

"部屋は毎日清掃が入り、清潔です。 無料の水も部屋とエレベーターホールに用意されてました。無料コーヒーマシンが受付横にありました。使い方をスタッフが教えてくれました。 バスルームは広くバスタブもあり湯量も多く快適でした。水道がシャワーとの切り替えが硬い為やりにくかった。アメニティは欲しいと言わないともらえなかった。必要なら受付でお願いする必要があります。近くに地下鉄駅がないのでバス移動が便利でした。"
