"This is an old property in a scenic village in the Catalan countryside which has been converted into a luxury hostal, with spacious and well-fitted suites. No amenities on site but there are several good eateries with 5 minutes walk. A nice place for exploring the area from Figueres to Cadaques. "

"We were welcomed warmly and offered a room 3 hours before noal check in time. We just wanted to leave the luggage, so we can enjoy the sightseeing of Figueres, and were nicely suprised with the kind accommodation. The host offered all sort of useful information for the best access to the city and the local beaches. The room was very clean ans spacious, but the best was the breakfast buffet with the unusual veriaty of choices, glutten-free bread inclusive. Very pleasant experience overall. "

Nice comfortable rooms & feeling of spaciousness through the hotel. "We stayed at the Ampura inn for 5 nights. The hotel was very clean and all the staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was quite large and had a fridge. The only thing missing was a plug for the wash basin but this is quite common in Spain and France. The buffet breakfast was excellent with something for everybody. The pool is also to be recommended "

"This is a lovely hotel on the beach in Roses, Spain. We opted not to have water view and were thrilled with our shaded balcony and street view from the second floor. Breakfast buffet was very good! "
