"I really enjoyed this hotel. I especially appreciated the amenities on the top floor, which include a whirlpool, sauna and steam rooms, a full gym, and a masseuse. The adjacent restaurant's breakfast buffet was authentic Columbian, and very good. The hotel is very clean, environmentally conscientious, and conveniently located to banks, stores, restaurants, a full grocery store, a mall, and the Usaquen expo market and parks. "Best thing about this hotel is its staff, every helpful and attentive. The property itself is not new but well kept and clean. Location is right next to a busy roundabout, lots of dining and shopping during the day, at night everything is close around 9. A bit far from La Candelaria, during rush hours it takes almost an hour, but less than $5 for shared rides. Definitely would stay here next time we're in Bogota!"

"The property is dishonest, I have rent a room with 2 doble beds with bathroom and they gave us a room for 7 people located on the backyard, with one wall of a bathroom with tiles. When we asked for our room they excused themselves by blaming Expedia. Terrible, I have read the other comments but I thought it was not true. We lost our money booking there."
