Hotellilla oli varaus, mutta ei tietoa aamiaisista. Samoin englanninkielen puute henkilökunnalla, teki vaikeaksi kommunikoinnin ja tilaamisen ravintolassa. "Lairs upon lies. we booked for 2 rooms that they say have 4 king bed. only to be given 1 room with 1 king bed. we were told they could not see our reservation on expedia. yet they saw one room. the offered to move us to a 3 room. At the end, they charge us 195k at check out even though we paid $65 on expedia. pls don't book"

"Overall a nice stay. Rooms are large and clean. Bathrooms are a little run down. Staff was really pleasant and professional and went the extra miles to help. Bad experience with the restaurant and terrible buffet breakfast, but that can be improved."

Kakalaken im Zimmer, Wasserkocher kaputt, Restaurant mit 3 Tischen.Royal Continental ist nicht Continental Abuja was 4 Restaurants hat. Buche nie mehr über hotels.com Bin nach 1 Nacht ausgescheckt hatte 3 bezahlt. Das Hotel sagte mir hotels.com würde mich zurückerstatten, hotels.com sagte das Hotel wäre nicht einverstanden????"
