"The place is a rental property rather than a hotel. The host Carla was very friendly and responsive. The view was amazing. However, the property could use some serious work. There were holes on the wall, stains on the couch, splashes on the kitchen window shades, mold or stains on bathroom ceiling. The bathroom sink doesn’t work. Walls are paper thin that you can hear everything from the next door neighbor. The bedroom AC doesn’t work properly, that it doesn’t cool and was very noisy. The...

"The property is not that updated however the staff was great and very accommodating, access to beach outside your front door, location was great you can walk anywhere in the town of Jaco Beach, close to shops and restaurants. Definitely would stay here again."
