"Great amenities (multiple pools, multiple restaurants, multiple bars, multiple separated areas for families, kids, and adults only, etc.) , very friendly and helpful staff, great variety of foods and beverages, good entertainment, and beautiful beaches. Convenient mini bank in the lobby, as well as a travel agency, pharmacy and gift shops. The suite was very nice and comfortable, although it had a musty smell that lasted throughout our entire stay. That was the only negative. Overall, fantastic experience e definitely recommend!"
Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya Resort & Spa - All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"Clean rooms, excellent food and never ending cocktails that were delicious. Just be mindful if you have any mobility issues, the resort is extremely large and there are a lot of steps, many of which do not have hand rails. There are shuttles but they are few and far between and can take over 30 minutes to wait at a shuttle stop, assuming there are enough available seats in the one that comes by. If you want to eat at the restaurants, reservations were a challenge and very frustrating because restaurants that were “fully booked” were empty when when you walked by them and when you speak with the hostess, they would not seat you even when people were more than 20 minutes late for their reservation time. They all claimed they had to hold the spot in case the party that reserved ever showed up. I’ve been to many other resorts and they generally have a 10 or 15 minute rule and you lose your spot if you’re not in time. The buffets are great but it would have been nice to try more restaurants while we were there. "
"Stay was in November 2025: Exceptionally clean and a modern style facility. Breakfast buffet has many, many options that you'll find something to satisfy your taste. The other restaurants and good was good as well with our favorite being the steak house restaurant as we decided to eat there twice during our stay for dinner. Our next favorite would be the Hibachi restaurant. We were Enclave members and absolutely loved the separate quarters and amenities for VIP members. The staff were all so friendly and helpful with a special thanks to Eduardo our personal concierge who introduced himself on Whats App before we even arrived and then meet us on day one and made us feel like we were his only attending guests. The resort is so so so huge, but luckily we stayed in building #1 as a VIP (Enclave) members and did not have to experience far walks or waiting for the curtesy golf carts for guest. We encountered plenty of raccoons on the resort that roam freely however if you truly don't bother them they won't bother you. My daughter and I had a great time celebrating her 35th birthday and overall I give this resort a 10 out of 10. I honesty can't find something that I ultimately disliked. "
"Beautiful resort. Staff was lovely. The rooms are a bit dated but it appears they are remodeling. Property and pool areas are beautiful! Would definitely come back! "
"I had an amazing time at Dreams Tulum Resort — the property is beautiful, the vibe is relaxing, and the staff made my stay really special. The rooms and grounds were gorgeous, and I truly enjoyed the overall experience.
If I had one small piece of feedback, I’d recommend choosing the restaurants over the buffet — the restaurant food was definitely better in quality and flavor. Other than that, everything about my stay was wonderful, and I’d absolutely come back and recommend it to others.
"
"Rooms were good, staff was extremely friendly, amenities were great. Do not go to the Italian restaurant, terrible service terrible food. Everything else was outstanding! "
