"We moved to hotel Garza from a terrible resort, so we loved the large room, clean pool, and lovely grounds. The front desk was kind and helpful. The restaurant food was great and the staff very attentive. The rooms are a bit dated but we really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!"

" The place was spotless for sure. Check in was easy. Only major points of dissatisfaction were there was zero ventilation - windows wouldn't open and only fans in bedrooms, so the air was 'heavy' and stuffy. It was actually cooler and more comfortable outside than inside.
There was only a bath towel for drying after shower and a dish cloth. The bath towel was like sand paper. I used the dish cloth as a wash cloth in the shower. And the only waste basket was in the bathroom, only 'paper' was...
