"The room is too small, not enough space to even open a large luggage.The AC is not functioning properly, no cold air, the room is very hot."

"The ad is for an apartment with INFINITY POOL as stated in the name of the listing. NOWHERE on Hotels.com does it say the pool is closed on EVERY MONDAY. We only booked the hotel because of the pool and it was not available. The apartment has peeling wallpaper, mild damage in the halls, and water damage on the ceiling of the room. The furniture is cheap and outdated. Don’t stay here if you are hoping for an infinity pool on a Monday."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The location is absolutely excellent—right next door to a multi-level shopping plaza with plenty of options to explore. Just remember to bargain before making any purchases! Everywhere you look, there are restaurants and street vendors on every corner, making it incredibly convenient to find great food and soak in the local atmosphere. What truly made our stay special was the staff. They were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and the team went above and beyond by preparing our room with thoughtful touches that made the occasion feel extra meaningful. It was such a lovely surprise and made us feel truly valued as guests. Thank you to the entire team for giving us such a memorable and special experience—we’ll definitely cherish it and hope to return again in the future."

"The most effecient feature which other hotels I stayed in this trip don't have: the makeup led mirror. I love it. I don't know why others hotel don't have the proper lighting for the mirror! It doesn't need the led mirror, just the light beam should be designed properly, but all of them don't do it except this one."
