"The hotel is surrounded by beautiful nature, which was one of the highlights of our stay. There are many animals, plants, and lush green areas that make the property feel truly special. Unfortunately, we experienced an issue with the bathroom and had to move to a different room. The assistance provided during this process was not adequate, and the replacement room was not comparable to the one I originally paid for. Additionally, I did not receive any refund or compensation for the inconvenience, which was disappointing."
