"The hotel areas were quite beautiful but we didn’t care much for the service. The room was great at first, until the sink started leaking, making it unusable. It’s truly a gorgeous concept and the gardens and pool are beautifully kept, but we were somewhat disappointed with the overall stay"

Unfortunately we didn't have an opportunity to try the restaurant, however it looked like they had a nice variety of food for breakfast. Our only complaint would be the water pressure in the shower was very low. If the hotel could have a detachable shower head it would be more helpful. Thank you Casa Francisco!"

"Small hotel, very clean, comfortable bed, big bathroom, very kind staff.
The house is really nice, and it has some very nice furniture and antiques. But some things are just old and look dirty, like the upholstered sofas and chairs.
The vegetation is really exuberant but there is an excess in old pots with plants all around. It could use a little landscape planning.
The night staff and waiter were very kind, the Sunday manager not so much.
The wifi is intermittent.
