"Breakfast was predictable no change of menu. Hopefully they change once in a awhile since we stayed for 6 days. Staff at the counter need more improvements in their customer service given its an IHG member hotel. Cleanliness needs improvements on hallways.and lastly no refrigerators on room, its a hassle to bring frozen or food that needs to be refrigerated down to the reception. It should be a standard as of any other holiday inn express or Hotels. "

"The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to make light meals and snacks. The Nespresso machine was a nice touch. The gym was very nice and had ample equipment and the reservation system was nice to keep it crowd free. I loved that they provided free rental bikes since it is a little bit of a ride to the city center. Loved being on the water with beautiful views from every window. The restaurant was very good too and the service was fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. "

"The location is extremely convenient—the tram station is right outside the hotel entrance, and the train station is just a 15-minute walk away. There are also several restaurants and a supermarket nearby.
In addition, we booked a triple room but were upgraded to a spacious quad room, which provided plenty of space. The hotel also has a dining area next to the reception, equipped with a microwave for guests to use."
