This is our second visit to Whanganui. There are some lovely people here and some interesting places to visit, such as Bushy Park Homestead, Bason Botanic Gardens and Durie Hill Elevator. Recommend the Brick House restaurant for evening meal.

We loved Whanganui and would probably live here if we moved to New Zealand. Very good feel to the city. Friendly people.
"As always, a really convenient, clean, comfortable unit for a very fair price. Great communication when we messaged a question. Parking is easy, you can walk to the nearby supermarkets and the town centre, Virginia Lake and other attractions and amenities are very handy. "
