Precisa melhorar as condições dos quartos. Muito mofo nas paredes, a janela não fecha direito, chuveiro muito oxidado, e um dia encontrei uma barata no quarto. Os funcionários da cozinha precisam ser mais simpáticos, pedi refeição no quarto e me perguntaram porque eu não descia no restaurante. Além disso, alguns funcionários do restaurante falam apenas espanhol, o que dificulta a comunicação.

Apartamento sempre limpo. Fiz solicitação de troca do chuveiro ao que fui atendido de imediato e fiquei muito satisfeito.
