Location is good 10 minutes away from the metro station and close enough to taxi from shin Osaka train station for like 1000 -15000 yen Rooms are extremely small smaller than the average Japanese room location is convenient. It’s right next to 711 and staff are extremely extremely helpful. It has a cool coffee shop and bookstore around and next to Kansai University.

Nice hotel, not many tourist attractions nearby but the train station is 10 mins walk. Staff were friendly and helpful 😊 The double room was super compact, comfortable but not for two guests with luggage. An affordable and nice hotel for travelers

An affordable hotel that I recommend to all the travelers. The room is not big but new, clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the first floor is delicious whichever it's Japanese or American type. The hotel is close to the Umeda area where is the most popular and convenient area in Osaka for the transportations and entertainments.
