Great location. Walking distance from the beach, which was very clean, and so very nice. Very clean apartment, very attentive staff. Checked in on our stay to make sure we didnt need anything for the remainder of our stay. The best thing for me, was it was walking distance from my favorite breakfast/coffee shop in Puerto Rico (the coffeeteria)!!!!!! Would definitely stay here again! Thank you for helping make our vacation amazing!!!

Great location to vacation, I wish we could've stayed longer. This place is away from the tourist areas which makes visiting so much better, trust me on that. This property is like a fortress once inside but not really a tourist area and you are very close to some undesirable areas, saying that,, we had no issues. Also there water was barely warm, which we didn't need until the morning of departure and no time to complain.

Place was centralized, everything was with in walkable distance like to the beach, shopping, food and entertainment. My only complaint was the next door dog barking at 7am and the construction going on as early as 7am.

A Gem in San Juan!

This is a fabulous place to stay that is close to the airport, a short walk to the beach and a block to take the bus into Old San Juan. It is in a very nice quiet neighborhood and the property is gated. The studio has a very comfortable bed and the room is spacious. The kitchen has all that you need to prepare simple meals. It was very clean and the host is very quick to respond to questions and is extremely helpful. I highly recommend this place if you looking for a very economical place in San Juan that has a lot of extras compared to many others. I would definitely stay here again!

My biggest two issues were that the ice section of the refrig was solid ice and the ice tray frozen in. I had to defrost and clean up and even despite that it was noisy so just shut if off. The other was that the lights on the outside of the building were so bright the shades were useless. I didn't need lights on to walk around inside in the dark and made it harder to sleep. Not really happy but I'm guessing this is common in that area.

Quiet, Clean, Close to the beach, $7 uber to Walmart. Mini refrigerator, Portable Electric stove(2 burners), Pots, pans, dishes, Silverware. No front desk- Simple instructions to get onto the property and to retrieve house keys 😀 Body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Lotion, off for bugs and sun tan lotion in your bathroom. Iron, hairdryer, beach chairs and umbrellas in the apt as well. Felt safe and Peaceful.

I liked the area, beach being super close, private entry to facility and easy parking across the street. I think the keys should be labeled to which ever lock they open, I got soaked in the rain guessing which key will open the 3 different locks. And the tower fan blew out hot air , maybe replacing it. I also never got a reply in my email when I asked if the property had a washer /dryer, so maybe putting those details in the description will help.Overall it was a pleasant stay and I will definitely stay there again and highly recommend :)
