Exceptional customer service was provided by the staff at V One Pride - Sukhumvit 22 Bangkok. The staff members were very kind and helpful, going above and beyond to take care of their customers. The room was clean at first sight and on a daily basis the cleaning crew would stop by to clean as well. As for the location, it is perfectly situated in Bangkok City with major shopping malls and sightseeing areas close-by. Overall, highly recommended!

I was disappointed at first glance, but once inside I was impressed with the large comfy bed, good shower (water pressure), stylish marble tile throughout, responsive staff, reasonably close enough to major Sukhumvit nightlife (about a 20 to 30 min walk), and safe neighborhood despite looking very seedy and gritty. I will definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

The hotel is located within walking distance to Hanoi's attractions. The shower was good, the staff welcoming and helpful. The room i was in had a double wardrobe but 1 door was nailed shut. No big deal everything else was fine. I would have no issues with staying there again

Big room, nice bed. Not too hard or soft. Good price for a place not too far from the main areas of Bangkok. Short trips to many areas. The wifi isn’t that strong, but I never had strong wifi at any hotels So I just use my 5g
