I honestly didn’t even stay there. I arrived and was surrounded by prostitution and racist people on the outside where I didn’t feel safe. The room was HORRIBLE! I went up to it for a second and immediately came back down stairs!!!!! DO. NOT. STAY .HERE!!!!!!!!!

Needs a good cleaning inside and out

Nope. Seems as if they may not have a cleaning staff. There are long term residents and when they move them out they do not clean the room properly. There were cobwebs everywhere. Someone stuffed the toilet with tissue and . I’ve stayed here before and it was not this bad. Couldn’t cancel but this will be the last

Nastiest place I’ve seen

Upon walking to room the tv in the room I got was on 100 volume.From the outside I thought I had the wrong room but on the key card it said the room # so I proceeded. As I entered it was very noticeable there was greasy stains and food particles on the bed.Many more dried fluids were on the bed. On the mirror was a long stride of dried spit that ran down and dried. After seeing that I went downstairs and told the guy at the front I needed to speak to him. He sucked his teeth and was angry.I told him I can’t stay here because the room was inhabitable. Place was hazardous. He said I have to call hotels.com to get refund and be able to leave. I called hotels.com which was also not understanding of the situation and told me they can only refund me half my money due to policies. Like what policies? There shouldn’t be a policy that allows a consumer to have to lose money when a room is literally unsafe to sleep in. I wouldn’t stay here if you care about your health.

Worst hotel experience

Upon arrival front desk staff was rude and rushed us to payment no elevator available paid for a early check in and the room was dirty no cover on the bed no seat cushion in the chair ashes on the floor and a bug on the wall bathroom was still dirty from previous guest poop on the wall so against our better judgment we asked to be moved to a new room and it was just as bad minus the poop in bathroom needless to say this hotel needs to be torn down not to mention all the crackheads walking around early in the day

Phone stolen and absolutely Sketchy location!

Stayed here with my husband. With in the first 15 min my phone was stolen. I asked the front desk for hell with the cameras and he refused. The room was horrible. Dirty chair, a flat sheet only on the bed. Cigarette burns on sheets, curtains, chair and pillows. The door has obviously been kicked in a few times to the point you can’t get without shouldering the door. Thin pillow and i do mean 1 pillow that wasn’t a pillow but sheets in the pillow case. Dirty bathroom and pubic hair on face towels. There was trash piled up outside the door. There were people wondering around the property and it felt unsafe. I will never stay here again. I visit this city often and the pictures look nothing like the actual property.

Worst Place in The World

This was the worst stay ever. I have traveled the world, and this was the worst place literally in the whole world. No towels, no bed conforters, no coffee, no shampoo and conditioner, this was the worst of the worst.

$100 down the drain

Booked this room for just a night and stayed in the room itself for less than 5 minutes. It is filthy. The walls are super thin and I could hear the people in the neighboring room as if I were in the room myself. The guy at the reception desk was charming but overall completely uncooperative and did not want to refund me. Despite the fact that that I never stayed the night in the room. I tried calling the booking site to get a refund and, again, they were unwilling to. I simply lost $100 for a night that never happened. DO NOT BOOK HERE .

Bamboozled

Please dont let the pics fool you. This is the worst place i've ever stayed. From the ppl hanging outside, to the room that was so fifty i didnt take my clothes off. No blanket only a thin sheet. Tv didnt work so i had to sit in the quiet room with the noise of a party outside my door. I asked for a refund or move to another rkom and he stated that there's nothimg he can do. Stay away from this place unless you want drugs and bed bugs.

TRAP HOUSE

Heat and air worked fine. There was a door in my room,you could hear everyone in the ne t room full of children. Toilet paper was already used, fridge door made noise. The mattresses you could feel all the springs in both beds,pillows had no fluff in them. Drug activity dueing board daylight, and nighttime. Employee dragging bedsheets in a garage bag to do rooms.
