The room was very clean. It is on the smaller side, but we were okay with that. It’s convenient to some eateries. The staff was super nice & it was affordable. We would recommend this motel to others.

When we arrived at the property it seemed a little bit frumpy, but when I opened the room door I was quite surprised. They are small rooms but arranged well. The best thing was how clean the rooms were. I would definitely stay there again.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms were very clean and you could tell a lot of work has been put into an old building. Comfortable place to stay for a night while visiting the Ouray area.

This was a nice little place to stay for the night. Breakfast was a little lacking but other than that it’s a good place to stay for a night or two.

Room is newer and updates well. Bed is comfortable and decent amount of surfaces for spreading out. Sink is outside the bathroom, which is different and the shower is short, but the wifi is solid! "Breakfast " is a few pre-packaged things in a small fridge.

Not much to look at but the room was big and clean. Staff was super friendly. Busy road but our room was quiet. Grab and go breakfast was acceptable. No frills but a safe clean room perfect for a quick overnight.

Clean, simple, and very well taken care of. My room was really close to the road so there was some noise, but much less than I thought it would be. The Wi-Fi was slow.
