The staff couldn’t have been nicer, the hotel was clean, nice breakfast. It’s a bit of a drive to the hikes but we didn’t care. Your basic hotel, nothing fancy, but we enjoyed our stay.

6/10 Good

The staff was nice Our room was pretty run down and had Mold all over the shower, it was gross. The carpet had large stains on it. Sink had a crack in it. We only stayed for a night because we were in town for a wedding. Checked in after 4pm and left at 8am next morning. Got in the shower in the morning and the shampoo container was empty. Just not the quality I would have expected for $230 for one night and a hotel only built 8 years ago. The breakfast was good and buffet style. They offered Complimentary water bottles to you at front desk. Considering the hotel is right next to the interstate, you can hear traffic all night long even over the air conditioning unit.

Loved the outside patio! A couple restaurants within walking distance. Deidra at the front desk was amazing to work with. She went above and beyond to help us with our special request. Hotel is lucky to have her. Thanks for a great stay!

I'm no world traveler but this was the friendliest and cleanest hotel that we have stayed in and I would recommend this hotel to anyone
Verified review

6/10 Good

Location, electric car charging station, and breakfast were all great. Unfortunately, the room smelled strongly of mildew when we checked in and then gas fumes all evening starting at about 7PM due to being so close to the fire feature on the back patio (I requested a room on the highest floor, but we were placed on the second floor right above the patio). We had to prop open our room door to the hallway to try to get the fumes out of our room, but it did not help much. We both woke up in the morning with a horrible headache. Almost checked out in the middle of the night, but all hotels in the area were booked. Should have slept in the car.

I enjoyed staff greeting at door, comfortable bed, was not loud during stay, breakfast was average but also had cookies when we got there, free bottles of water and a dinner offered one night ( we were hiking so did no try it).

Air conditioner was nice and cold. Breakfast was nice and hot with a variety tissue from. The pool was very very clean, that was my favorite part. They offer towels in the pool area. They have a beautiful patio that you can go outside and sit or barbecue. Definitely coming to stay again next time I visit the caves. Also, very conveniently located by the Logan Beach.
