Loved the shinola!

Staff was very accommodating! Upon arrival Mark helped us out a lot with getting our bags to our room and really genuine service. Great guy made you feel welcome! AJ helped with valet and did an awesome job also helping us load the car and making sure we were all set! Room was clean, cozy and just the perfect vibe for our stay!

Excellent hotel. Gorgeously appointed. Lovely room. Had a bit of trouble getting service. One day they didn’t clean our room despite saying they were sending someone.
