Great stay here. The property is about a 10 minute walk from Piazza Tasso and extremely clean. I’d recommend the room with the terrace as it is bigger than the others. We were allocated the wrong room on arrival but this was sorted promptly once we raised it. The train noise is an issue - the rooms are sound proofed but the trains are very loud and they start around 5.30am. Thankfully they finish around 10.30pm. The pool is not on site which we didn’t realise until we arrived. There are plenty of sun beds despite it being shared but you do have to cross an extremely busy road to get to it. All in all I’d recommend staying here for sure, the staff are very nice and the room is lovely for a few nights.

Positives: use of pool and gym at Hotel across the road. Clean and had everything we needed. 10min walk to centre of Sorrento. Negative: street and train noise. However I found this in most of the places we stayed in Amalfi area. So not specific to this area.

Confortable et excellent accueil

Excellent accueil auprès de l'hôtel situé en face de la chambre du Confort rooms. Recommandation d'un bon restaurant lié à l'hôtel. Personnel parlant français. La chambre est confortable et bien équipée. A proximité à pied de la gare pour partir en bus sur la côte amalfitaine. Excellent séjour d'une nuit.

The place, though rented as a b&b, is actually like a hotel. We did not use the pool but we enjoyed the excellent breakfast and left our bags on the day of check out. All stuff members were very welcoming and helpful. In expensive area like Sorrento this is the best deal. Many people mentioned about the passing train. I am a light sleeper but honestly the train did not bother me. It was a short buzz and a bit of wobble feeling. Bus stops very near which can take you to the center. We took the bus and also walked, both are very doable.

El personal es muy amable, incluso nos recibieron con limonada fresca. El desayuno es el mejor que he comido en hoteles. Lo malo es que las almohadas y la cama son un poco duras.

This property shared the pool and the breakfast buffet with the it’s main hotel across the street called Hotel Gardenia. Sorrento Rooms we’re very clean and a nice size for 2 people. However the train tracks were right behind this property so it was a little noisy until it stopped around 11pm. The noise wasn’t a big issue as we are earlier risers and we were not in our rooms much. All the staff were great, from check in to the breakfast buffet loved this place.

It is a 15 min walk on skinny sidewalks (watch out for speedy motor bikes)to Piazzo Tasso for major shopping and plenty of restaurants! Room and private bathroom were spacious and we had the room with the private patio which was large too with loungers and table for 4. The only drawback was the fast train going by very close to the patio wall every 20-30mins. It did stop service from 10pm-6am so we were able to sleep. P.S. The pillows are very hard. But overall we were happy.

Great location, walkable to the main squares and very friendly staff. Parking is an additional £20/day but we could come and go as we pleased and felt very safe leaving the vehicle there. Strongly recommend.

Beautiful Central

Lovely! We only stayed for one night, but the check-in was so friendly and he gave us advice about nice places to eat. So clean and spacious and about five minutes walk to the station. Lovely breakfast across the road at Hotel Gardenia.

Nice and clean room. Nice courtyard, pool across the road lovely. Easy 15 minute walk to the town centre. Breakfast at the hotel had a good variety and the staff friendly . There is the train line that runs outside the courtyard, but once the doors are closed it’s not too bad. The train starts running at 6am.

I was pleasantly surprised and pleased at how accurate the description of the property was. There was so much space n the room and bathroom, with beautiful quality linen, products and technology in both. Having the tthe garden terrace was great too. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly. Breakfast had a good selection of pastries. Although the pool area was tidy with bar staff constantly ensuring the sunbeds were arranged perfectly, the swimming pool itself could have done with a good clean. Overall i would recommend and return on a future visit.

Noise and soundproof too vulnerable place.

Room cleaning and surrounding area are good. But every 30 minutes the train goes to the room next to us. In addition, the sound of the room is not good because the sound of the guest of the room next door. While staying here, we couldn't sleep comfortably because of the noise. The check-in and breakfast area should also go to the hotel across the street, but the location is opposite, but it was a little dangerous because it was a lot of cars.

The Hotel Gardinia where we eventually stayed was lovely. The Comfort Rooms were like a prison! Three keys needed to get into the property, very austere and freezing cold with no means of a quick escape in case of fire! The shower was also broken and had not been reported or repaired. We were given a room at the hotel but at our expense, considering we had already paid we were not impressed! .
